Job summary

Assystem is seeking a Quality Management Lead – Logistics for a major UK infrastructure project. You will coordinate equipment, materials and documentation across the supply chain and act as the primary interface among project teams, suppliers, logistics providers and construction teams.

The role monitors delivery readiness, material traceability, inspections, and release, reporting key delivery metrics to ensure Right First Time (RFT) delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in project logistics within safety-critical sectors.
• Strong understanding of supply-chain management across engineering, procurement, manufacturing and construction.
• Experience coordinating delivery, shipment readiness and material traceability.
• Fluent English with clear communication to multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review and monitor Contractors Quality Assurance Plans (CQAP) from suppliers.
• Produce Project Quality Control Plans (PQCP) for the supply chain.
• Ensure deployment of GQAS, LTQR, Inspection & Test Plans per contract.
• Lead LTQR reviews and coordinate supplier performance and audits.
• Support non-conformance resolution and corrective actions.
• Report on supplier delivery performance and readiness to site.
