Job summary

ERSG Ltd is seeking a Quality Engineer to join a major infrastructure project in the United Kingdom. You will work with site teams, subcontractors and stakeholders to drive a defect-free culture while supporting audits, quality systems, ITPs and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires experience in QA, knowledge of ISO 9001, ITPs and NCR management, and a background in construction/infrastructure. Excellent communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Quality Engineer/QA role.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems.
• Experience with Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and NCR management.
• Background within construction, infrastructure, civil engineering, rail, or utilities sectors.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a defect-free culture across project delivery and drive quality improvements.
• Support audits, quality systems, ITPs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with site teams, subcontractors and stakeholders to uphold quality standards.
• Lead defect handling and drive corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
