Job summary

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English, grade C or above.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Flexibility to work an on-call rota.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and place supplier orders.
• Ensure incoming goods are delivered on time.
• Assist with general telephone and email queries.
• Cross-check supplier invoices against orders.
• Liaise with lab staff for quality control on supplied goods.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records.
• Source potential new suppliers; liaise with Randox supply chain.
• Maintain records for goods in/out and collector network.
• Arrange customer pick up and deliveries; ensure shipping files have documents.
• Match courier tracking numbers to invoices.
• Assist with general admin duties in operations.
• Participate in on-call rota for evening/weekend/holiday pickups.
