Job summary

Arvato is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead logistics and operations across UK sites from our Hams Hall location near Birmingham. You will own projects from planning through to successful delivery, coordinating with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders to drive improvements, efficiency and value for our customers.

Qualifications

• Project management experience in logistics, manufacturing or distribution.
• Proven track record delivering projects in a fast-moving operational environment.
• Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Confidence to challenge existing processes and drive positive change.
• Hands-on, adaptable approach with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to travel across UK sites when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initial planning through to successful implementation.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources and deliverables.
• Drive operational improvements, efficiencies and change initiatives.
• Work closely with operational teams, senior leaders and key stakeholders across the business.
• Identify project risks, resolve challenges and keep delivery on track.
• Monitor performance, track milestones and provide clear project updates.
• Support the successful implementation of new processes, systems and operational solutions.
• Travel to other UK sites as required to support project delivery.
