Job summary

Arvato is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead logistics and operations projects from planning to implementation at its Hams Hall site, Birmingham. The role requires UK travel and a track record in fast-paced, operational environments. A permanent, full-time position with a salary up to £50,000 per annum DOE.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to drive improvements, deliver change and support growth across UK sites.

Qualifications

• Previous project management experience within logistics, manufacturing or distribution is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initial planning through to successful implementation.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources and deliverables.
• Drive operational improvements, efficiencies and change initiatives.
• Work with operational teams, senior leaders and stakeholders across the business.
• Identify project risks and keep delivery on track.
• Provide clear project updates and milestones.
• Support the implementation of new processes and systems.
