Job summary

Arvato is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead logistics and operations projects from planning to implementation at our Hams Hall site in the UK. You will manage timelines, budgets and resources while driving operational improvements and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Prev. Project Management experience within logistics, manufacturing or distribution is essential.
• Proven track record of delivering projects in fast-moving environments.
• Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting demanding deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Confidence to challenge existing processes and drive change.
• Hands-on, adaptable approach; able to work independently and with teams.
• Willingness to travel across UK sites when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initial planning through to successful implementation.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources and deliverables.
• Drive operational improvements, efficiencies and change initiatives.
• Collaborate with operational teams, senior leaders and key stakeholders across the business.
• Identify project risks, resolve challenges and keep delivery on track.
• Monitor performance, track milestones and provide clear project updates.
• Support the successful implementation of new processes, systems and solutions.
• Travel to other UK sites as required to support project delivery.
