Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing logistics/production teams.
• Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement methods.
• Ability to interpret KPIs and drive cost, quality and delivery improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop your team with a strong safety culture and clear performance expectations.
• Plan and coordinate logistics activities to ensure materials flow from receipt to use.
• Monitor KPIs and drive performance reviews to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve operations.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean, PID and RCCA initiatives.
