Job summary

FMC Agricultural Solutions in Flintshire, UK, is seeking a Production Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across Production, Warehouse and Dispatch. You will drive a safety-first culture, optimise equipment and resources, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and KPIs.

The role requires proven leadership in manufacturing, strong operations knowledge, and experience with ERP and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and management experience in manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of production operations, KPI tracking and budgeting.
• Experience with ERP and continuous improvement initiatives.
• COMAH knowledge or project management experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead Production, Warehouse and Dispatch teams to safely deliver production plans and customer requirements.
• Drive a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with EHS, quality and process safety standards.
• Optimize equipment, materials and resources to improve productivity, reliability and cost performance.
• Lead, coach and develop teams and manage workforce planning and performance.
• Monitor performance using data and KPIs to identify and deliver improvements.
• Partner with Planning, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality and Supply Chain to ensure effective production and service.
