Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Technical Product Management.
• Migrating legacy or heuristic systems to ML-driven models.

Your Mission

As the Senior / Lead AI Product Manager, you will own the algorithmic strategy that decides where our products go and when. You will lead the charge in rethinking our entire approach to inventory, leading with data science and building intelligent systems that ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time, every time. You will be the critical link between data science, logistics, and commercial growth, with a mandate to build systems that create compounding value for the business.

• Own the Engine: Take command of our current inventory allocation system, stabilizing its performance while masterminding its evolution into a world-class ML platform.
• Lead the ML Transition: Partner directly with Supply Chain Operations to build trust in algorithmic decision-making and guide the seamless transition to a fully automated, ML-powered model.

Your story

• A Proven Product Leader: You have 8+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, with a strong background in both Supply Chain Optimization and Machine Learning.
• A Systems Thinker: You have a proven track record of migrating complex legacy or heuristic systems to sophisticated, ML-driven models.
• Scientifically Minded: You are comfortable diving deep into the data and are fluent in optimization models, probabilistic forecasting, or advanced financial modeling.
• An AI Visionary: You possess a strong grasp of modern AI capabilities, from NLP and processing unstructured data to building autonomous, decision-making workflows.
• Outcome-Obsessed: You are a true product person who focuses on measurable business outcomes, continuous discovery, and leading with a clear "why."
