Job summary

MacStaff seeks a Logistics Planner/Project Manager to lead supply chain projects, optimise processes, and drive operational excellence. You will focus on SAP integration, process design and cross-functional collaboration to raise efficiency across a key site.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or a related field
  • Proven experience in logistics project management, process improvement, or supply chain operations
  • However, the focus is on: Potential vs extensive experience, learning agility and ambition vsenior management experience and those seeking career progression
  • Strong knowledge of process design, documentation, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, process mapping, value stream analysis)
  • Experience with audits (ISO/BSI) and familiarity with SAP EWM is advantageous
  • Good command of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively within a small, close-knit team
  • A detail-oriented approach, focused on delivering actionable solutions
