Biffa in the UK is looking for a Logistics Planner to support day-to-day Reactive Services operations in Aylesbury. You will allocate vehicles, plan routes, and monitor delivery performance to ensure service excellence while upholding safety and compliance standards.

The role involves coordinating drivers, checking vehicle availability, and continuously improving productivity and service quality in a fast-paced environment. Monday–Friday shifts available with alternate Saturdays.

• Experience of a position of similar responsibility in Services or Logistics industry
• Health & Safety conscious
• Good geographical knowledge e.g. Postcode areas
• Good transport / logistics knowledge

Logistics Planner

Location: Aylesbury

Hours: Monday to Friday, with shifts of 8:00-17:00 and 9:00-18:00 available, with 1 in 4 Saturdays included.

A quick look at the role:

The role holder will support the effective running of the day-to-day operations of the Reactive Services logistics team through the effective allocation of vehicles to ensure best in class service delivery, ensuring health & safety standards are maintained, and ensuring environmental and legislative compliance, support employee engagement, continuous improvement in productivity and quality of service provision.
