Job summary

SAICA FLEX UK LTD is seeking a Logistics Operator to join the warehouse team. You will service production lines, pick and pack finished goods and raw materials, ensuring high standards of service and safety.

The role requires operating forklifts and other equipment, managing stock, and supporting colleagues across shifts. We value numeracy, literacy, and administrative aptitude, with exposure to health, safety and environmental practices in a production setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed forklift truck driver (Counterbalance, Bendi, Powered Pallet Trucks).
• Good numeracy and literacy levels.
• Experience in a busy manufacturing/warehouse environment.
• Some experience with basic administration/record keeping.
• Good computer/administration skills.
• Exposure to quality, health, safety and environmental standards in production.

Responsibilities

• Operate and navigate warehouse equipment in line with safety standards.
• Unwrap pallets, weigh and record materials, and manage stock movements.
• Load and unload deliveries using forklift, pallet truck or Bendi truck.
• Maintain clean, safe hall 3 and yard areas and complete shift handover documents.
• Support colleagues and perform additional duties as required.
