Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Rugby is seeking an Operation Support Specialist to join our transportation operations team. You’ll handle administrative tasks, re-book orders and ensure records are up to date, supporting efficient daily operations.

Ideal candidates have administration experience, basic IT skills with Microsoft Office, and a willingness to work rotating shifts across 7am–3pm, 9am–5pm, and 11am–7pm. Permanent full-time role with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Identify and respond to issues quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
• Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the transportation department.
• Re-booking of orders or loads which have missed their booking.
• Communicate any issues, verbal and written to the Coordinator, notifying them of any issues which may require further follow up.
