Job summary

JD.COM INTERNATIONAL UK LTD in Milton Keynes is seeking a capable professional to manage fixed assets and consumables in the self-operated warehouse. You will ensure accurate asset records and support procurement-related tasks to onboard suppliers, coordinate local purchases, and settle costs.

You will coordinate labor planning with local staffing agencies, monitor attendance, and manage the LMS to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing fixed assets and consumables in the self-operated warehouse.
• Handle procurement-related tasks for the warehouse; support the warehouse manager in liaising with the headquarters sourcing team to complete supplier onboarding, local procurement, acceptance, and cost settlement.
• Communicate labor planning needs with local staffing agencies, track labor attendance, and manage the LMS (Labor Management System) to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Handle cost accruals for the self-operated warehouse.
