Job summary

Rolls-Royce in Bristol seeks a Logistics Operations Manager to lead Shipping and Compliance Controllers, ensuring safe, compliant movement of parts and engines across OE and MRO operations.

You will drive regulatory compliance, cost control and continuous improvement while developing the team and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. This role is hybrid with on-site four days weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience leading logistics teams and improving performance.
• Knowledge of shipping, export controls and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with SAP and data analytics tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Shipping and Compliance Controllers and ensure resource planning.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness across operations.
• Manage third-party logistics providers and contracts.
• Oversee logistics budgets and collaborate with Finance and Programme teams.
• Drive continuous improvement using digital tools and data analytics.
• Collaborate with site leadership, procurement and quality to resolve challenges.
