Job summary

Rolls-Royce Bristol is seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineering Manager to lead the Test Operations group on onsite facilities. The role reports to the Head of Test Operations and will oversee a skilled engineering team delivering on the Test business plan while enhancing capacity and capability in MRO and OE engine testing across defence portfolios.

The successful candidate will coach and develop the test engineering community, ensure compliance with safety, export and regulatory requirements,

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Technical Authority for the area, governing test methods.
• Support the execution of the Test business plan and lead technical elements.
• Integrate with the wider engineering team to support operations.
• Collaborate to reduce waste and cost via specification alignment.
• Coach the Test engineering community in Production System and problem-solving.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, export and regulatory requirements.
