Responsibilities

• Learning transport planning and vehicle routing.
• Raising customer bookings and supporting the Transport Manager.
• Logging and reporting operational issues.
• Briefing drivers at the start of the day and debriefs at the end.
• Assisting the customer service team with queries.
• Developing understanding of Transport Operator Licensing and tachograph regulations.
• Learning dangerous goods handling requirements and health & safety responsibilities.
• Gaining experience across multiple internal and external systems.
