Job summary

Refresco Drinks Uk Ltd is seeking an experienced Logistics Project Leader for a 9-month fixed-term contract within the UK Supply Chain team. You will identify, shape and deliver strategic logistics projects to improve performance, efficiency and cost competitiveness across the UK network.

You will lead multiple initiatives spanning warehousing, transport and network optimisation, working with stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience leading logistics and supply chain projects.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Formal project management qualifications or substantial experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities to increase EBITDA.
• Lead and deliver strategic logistics and supply chain projects UK-wide.
• Develop and maintain the UK Supply Chain improvement roadmap.
• Define scope, timelines, budgets and required resources.
• Engage stakeholders to secure resources for delivery.
• Manage project risks, dependencies and barriers; escalate as needed.
• Provide updates to senior stakeholders on progress and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement across warehousing, logistics and customer service.
• Support wider Refresco Group initiatives and UK implementation.
