Job summary

Michael Taylor Search & Selection is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager for short-term site cover on a GBP20m+ office fit-out project in Central London. You will oversee day-to-day logistics, coordinate deliveries, manage access and material movements, and liaise with subcontractors and the wider site team.

The role requires proven logistics management within construction, SMSTS and CSCS, and the ability to work effectively on a busy Central London site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Logistics Manager within construction or office fit-out.
• SMSTS certification and valid CSCS card.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience on commercial fit-out/refurbishment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site logistics and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate site access, deliveries and material movements.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and the wider site team.
• Ensure the site remains organised, safe and efficient.
• Manage delivery bookings and unloading arrangements.
• Support the Site Manager and wider construction team with logistics requirements.
• Maintain high standards of site housekeeping and access control.

Logistics Manager Site Cover

• Location: Central London
• Project: GBP22m Office Fit-Out & Refurbishment
• Contract: 15/09 10/2026
• Hours: 7:30am - 4:30 pm
• Rate: GBP250 - GBP275 per day DOE

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to provide short-term site cover on a GBP20mn+ office fit-out and refurbishment project in Central London.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day site logistics, ensuring deliveries, access, material movements and site operations are properly coordinated and managed.

Requirements

• SMSTS certification Valid CSCS card

• Previous experience working on commercial fit-out/refurbishment projects is desirable
