Job summary

XPO's Graduate Management Programme is a two-year development path designed to fast-track high-potential graduates into operations leadership roles across UK sites. From day one, you'll take real responsibility and drive improvements across warehouse and transport operations.

Across three eight-month placements, you’ll build hands-on leadership experience, work with senior mentors, and have a clear progression path to roles such as Transport Manager or General Manager after completion.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in any discipline
• Right to work in the UK
• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness to relocate and complete placements across the UK
• Passion for Logistics and Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline operational teams and run your own shift
• Build strong customer relationships and resolve operational challenges
• Support and develop teams to meet daily performance and goals
• Think on your feet and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Drive engagement, wellbeing and performance across diverse teams
• Lead projects involving QHSE, sustainability and site launches
