Job summary

Kepak operates a two-year Supply Chain Graduate programme designed to expose you to end-to-end operations from production to customer fulfilment. You will rotate across sites, learning inventory management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, with hands-on training and mentorship.

The programme starts September 6th 2027, with a starting salary of £29,500 rising to £31,000 in Year 2, and opportunities to develop into leadership roles within the business.

Qualifications

• Open to all degree disciplines with a strong numeracy skill set.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and inventory management systems is advantageous.
• Experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment is a plus.
• Interest and willingness to travel between UK sites is expected.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels across production sites.
• Collaborate with sales and planning to fulfil customer orders.
• Analyse data to forecast demand and identify inventory improvements.
• Coordinate with production to balance targets and optimise resources.
• Serve as a cross-functional contact between operations, sales, finance and technical teams.
• Resolve supply chain issues in a dynamic environment.
• Support quality assurance given variability in livestock.
