Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe is seeking a detail‑driven Logistics Accounts Administrator to support the financial management of our logistics operation in the United Kingdom. You will raise and manage purchase orders for logistics services, process and reconcile invoices, and ensure transport costs are recorded accurately and on time in SAP.

Qualifications

• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good Excel skills and confidence working with data.
• SAP experience or exposure to ERP systems.
• Ability to investigate issues and identify process improvements.
• Experience within logistics, finance or FMCG environments (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Raise and manage purchase orders for logistics services.
• Process and reconcile logistics invoices and shipment costs.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies and resolve PPV queries.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and support invoice matching processes.
• Ensure transport lane rates and shipment costing data are accurately maintained in SAP.
• Reconcile logistics and transport costs within agreed deadlines.
• Liaise with Logistics, Finance and Site teams to resolve queries.
• Provide cost‑to‑serve analysis and support commercial decision‑making.
