Job description

This is a chance to build the people foundations of a growing business rather than simply maintain what's already there. As HR Manager, you'll become the standalone people lead, working directly with senior leadership to create stronger processes, develop management capability and build an approach that can scale with the business.

You'll have genuine autonomy across both strategic and operational priorities. From strengthening employee relations and recruitment to developing policies, improving controls and supporting organisational change, you'll have the opportunity to shape how the business manages and supports its people as it grows.

What’s in it for you
  • £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Part-time working with flexibility across three full days or five shorter days.
  • The autonomy to shape and develop people processes from the ground up.
  • Direct exposure to the Managing Director and senior leadership team.
  • A broad remit combining hands‑on operational work with longer‑term strategy.
  • The opportunity to improve management capability and build scalable solutions for a growing business.
