Job summary

Subsea Technology & Rentals (STR) is seeking an Operations Administrator to support the Logistics and Export Compliance Specialist and regional teams. The role covers Goods-In and Goods-Out processes, data entry in CSAM, and coordinating international movements with freight forwarders.

You will track shipments, resolve delays, and prepare import/export documentation while ensuring STR procedures and controls are followed.

Qualifications

• Post Secondary Education in Office Administration is preferred.
• Experience supporting logistics and export/compliance functions is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support Logistics and Export Compliance Specialist and regional teams.
• Facilitate Goods-In and Goods-Out processes for shipments.
• Enter data into CSAM asset management system.
• Arrange collections, deliveries, imports, exports, and intercompany transfers with approved providers.
• Track freight movements and update stakeholders and customers.
• Resolve shipment delays, customs holds, and documentation issues.
• Prepare and maintain export/import documents (invoices, packing lists, customs declarations, origin certificates).
• Ensure compliance with export controls, customs rules and STR procedures.
• Maintain records for export/import transactions and support audits.
