Job summary

New Chapter Consulting is seeking a Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end coordination of international shipments and deliveries for our design-focused clientele.

You will oversee air and sea freight, imports/exports, and customs documentation, working with freight forwarders and suppliers across countries including Italy, Brazil and India to ensure timely, high-value deliveries.

• The ability to manage multiple international shipments simultaneously.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing international air freight and sea freight shipments
• Coordinating imports and exports globally
• Handling customs documentation, import duty and VAT processes
• Liaising with freight forwarders, carriers and delivery partners
• Tracking shipments and resolving logistics issues proactively
• Working closely with suppliers and designers across countries including Italy, Brazil and India
• Supporting smooth delivery execution from origin through to final installation

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience within high-end international logistics environments such as:

• Luxury interiors or furniture
• Fashion or luxury goods

You will ideally have:
