Job summary

Highfield Professional Solutions Ltd is seeking a Package Manager - Logistics Engineering for the JDR programme at Culham, Oxfordshire. It is a 12-month contract with 4 days on site and the remainder on site, starting 9th November 2026 or as soon as possible.

Experience in logistics planning within complex industrial environments.
Ability to identify access, routing, handling and storage constraints.
Experience producing technical logistics plans and reports.

Responsibilities

Provide logistics engineering advice for movement of materials and waste.
Conduct site visits to identify access, routing, handling and storage constraints.
Be the primary logistics engineering point of contact for projects.
Plan and coordinate logistics activities against project schedules.
Develop and maintain worksite inventories and logistics documentation.
Create transport routes and movement strategies for materials and equipment.
Collaborate with contractors, suppliers and multidisciplinary teams.
Support PCI and CPP development and project handover.
