Job summary

Highfield Professional Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Package Manager for a major nuclear lifting and procurement programme at Culham, Oxfordshire. You will lead lifting solution development and coordinate interfaces between engineering, procurement and operations.

Role requires nuclear sector experience, strong leadership in design and procurement, and familiarity with safety and regulatory standards. On-site work four days a week in Culham on a 12-month contract.

Qualifications

• Nuclear industry experience required.
• Strong background in lifting equipment and mechanical handling.
• Experience delivering projects through design, procurement and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering development of lifting solutions.
• Capture stakeholder, operational and engineering requirements.
• Develop technical specifications and scopes of work.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering design activities.
• Manage interfaces with operations, safety, and facility stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with LOLER, PUWER, CDM, ALARP and UKAEA.
• Develop procurement strategies and evaluate supplier proposals.
