Are you a Mechanical Engineer, Package Manager, Project Engineer or Engineering Manager with strong nuclear experience and a background in lifting equipment, mechanical handling or engineered plant? We are seeking an experienced Package Manager - Waste Engineering to join a major nuclear programme at Culham, supporting two important projects: BeHF Lifting Equipment and AGHS Future Services. This is a varied engineering leadership role combining mechanical handling, lifting equipment, engineering delivery and procurement, with responsibility for coordinating technical activities and ensuring solutions are safe, compliant, practical and fit for purpose.
You will act as the Engineering Lead for the BeHF Lifting Equipment Project, leading the development of lifting solutions required to support future facility operations and decommissioning activities. You will also lead engineering activities associated with the AGHS Future Services procurement, working closely with Procurement, Commercial and Legal teams to develop specifications, evaluate supplier proposals and support equipment selection. Your responsibilities will include:

Experience with cranes, lifting frames, bespoke lifting equipment, FAT/SAT, commissioning, specialist engineered plant or nuclear decommissioning would be particularly advantageous.
