DX Freight, a leading independent parcel, mail and logistics services company operating throughout the UK and Ireland, is seeking a De-Brief Clerk. This role focuses on daily completion of de-briefs to log service issues and communicate them to Customer Service and management.

You will help ensure driver non-compliances are investigated and escalated, using our software to monitor performance and support on-the-road issues as required. A proactive, team‑oriented approach is essential.

Responsibilities

• Daily completion of De-brief ensuring any service issues/failures are logged & communicated to Customer service, management team.
• Ensuring all driver non-compliances are investigated & escalated accordingly.
• Use of the company software to monitor performance supporting with on the road issues as required.
