Job summary

Booker is seeking a Driver De-brief to support daily delivery operations at Banbury. The role focuses on reviewing driver paperwork, discussing on-route incidents, and ensuring accurate recording of information for ongoing transport and warehouse processes.

You will liaise with multiple departments to resolve delivery issues, maintain records, and contribute to continuous improvement across logistics. 8 hours per week, with potential overtime, based on Saturdays 11am–7pm.

Qualifications

• Accurate and methodical with a keen eye for detail
• Strong communication across departments by phone, email and in person
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Self-starter who works well under own initiative
• Reliable Saturday availability and punctuality

Responsibilities

• Review and verify delivery documentation returned by drivers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to obtain necessary information.
• Produce and distribute operational reports to relevant teams.
