Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and build strong relationships.
• Understand customers’ service requirements and priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and partnerships.
• Manage end-to-end shipment lifecycle across multiple modes and products.
• Monitor shipments and service performance to meet agreed levels.
• Lead customer experience and process improvement initiatives.
