Job summary

Dr. Martens plc is hiring a Global Merchandiser for Accessories, MIE & Partnerships. You’ll shape the category strategy, balance consumer insight with lifecycle planning, and drive global assortment alignment across regions and channels.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Design, Marketplace Merchandising, Finance and Sales to deliver GTM readiness and commercial success, while mentoring junior merchandisers in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive merchandising experience with category ownership in footwear, apparel or consumer goods.
• Strong commercial and analytical capability with Excel proficiency.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global category strategy for Accessories, MIE & Partnerships.
• Build commercially effective assortments across DTC and B2B channels.
• Analyse performance and trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketplace Merchandising, Finance and Sales to align strategies.
• Lead portfolio and lifecycle management with governance and coaching for associates.
