Logistics Coordinator

Our well-established client, operating within the manufacturing industry, is looking to onboard an ambitious and energetic Logistics Coordinator to join their thriving team!

Responsibilities:

• Planning various loads for delivery across the country
• Negotiating rates for delivery with third-party suppliers
• Preparing and processing delivery documentation
• Supervising company drivers to ensure deliveries are made efficiently and cost-effectively
• Monitoring delivery status and updating customers as necessary
• Producing reports on monthly transport expenditure
• Performing ad hoc administrative duties as required
• Addressing unforeseen issues such as delays or damaged goods to minimize delivery impact
