Job summary

Simone Rocha is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to efficiently manage international shipments from the warehouse to wholesale customers and retail stores. The role covers order administration, product details, and stock control within seasonal deadlines, with collaboration across Production, Sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.

You will liaise with wholesale clients, verify product availability, and maintain accurate shipment and invoicing records to meet regulatory

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in fashion logistics is preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems is useful; Zedonk is advantageous but not essential.
• Proficient with Excel and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international shipments in compliance with customer guidelines, including invoicing and issuing shipping paperwork.
• Manage administrative tasks associated with customer orders, product details, and stock inventories within seasonal deadlines.
• Collaborate effectively with Production, Sales, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Liaise with wholesale customers to process orders, verify product availability, address any issues or discrepancies, and ensure accurate fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments, invoices, and relevant documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist with seasonal showtime duties and provide support for sample sales as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer account details, stock levels, and invoices within the ERP system.
• Dealing with customer return shipments and shipping paperwork, issuing credit notes
• Assist with ad-hoc shipments for pop up shops and collaborations
