Job Title: Logistics, Distribution Controller

Please note flexibility on start time is required for this role to cover holidays.

Staffline is keen to speak with administrators, planners, controllers, and coordinators who have experience in the Logistics, Distribution, or Manufacturing sectors.

Role Overview: In your new role as a Logistics, Distribution Controller, you will provide efficient support to the warehouse management team to ensure all customers receive excellent service.

Responsibilities include:

1. Supporting the management of the goods flow pipeline from production to dispatch.
2. Managing and filing all paperwork to ensure compliance with ISO and FSC standards, and collating data for KPI reporting daily.
3. Controlling daily inventory checks.
4. Performing monthly stock checks.
5. Generating daily and monthly reports.
6. Conducting handovers.
7. Supporting people management activities.
8. Conducting back-to-work checks and interviews.
9. Attending team meetings.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Experience in a similar role.
2. Stock control experience.
3. WMS experience.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Ability to build strong relationships.
