Job description

Job Title: Logistics, Distribution Controller

Support the warehouse management team to ensure all customers receive excellent service. This role requires flexibility with start times to cover holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Support managing the goods flow pipeline from production to dispatch
• Manage and file all paperwork to ensure compliance with ISO and FSC standards
• Collate data for daily KPI reporting
• Control daily inventory checks and conduct monthly stock checks
• Generate daily and monthly reports
• Conduct handovers and support people management, including back-to-work checks and interviews
• Attend team meetings

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role within Logistics, Distribution, or Manufacturing sectors
• Stock control experience and familiarity with WMS systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively in a team
• Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks
• Health & Safety awareness
• A passion for learning and developing skills
