The role of the Workshop Controller is industry recognized within the motor trade. As an experienced motor trade professional, you’ll understand the traditional responsibilities of this role.

We are splitting the practical functions into two roles:

1. Technical Distribution Controller: Vehicle repair/maintenance job planning and distribution among our team of Technicians.
2. Technical Development Controller: Developing utilisation and efficiency through support, coaching, and team development (a role already fulfilled by the Sandal team).

We seek a logical, analytical thinker with energy and attention to detail, results-oriented, to deliver the best experience for our customers.
