Job summary

• Experience in logistics, distribution, warehousing or supply chain environment.

• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage expectations and difficult conversations.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to produce customer-focused reports.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for a dedicated customer account, building strong relationships.
• Manage customer requests, orders and enquiries, ensuring SLAs are met or exceeded.
• Coordinate with operations, planning and support teams to deliver requirements efficiently.
• Monitor orders, forecasts and stock activity to support planning and service delivery.
• Manage customer expectations, including handling challenging discussions about service or costs.
• Produce and maintain customer reports and KPIs.
• Facilitate meetings and calls to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
• Support returns, scrapping, special projects and new product releases.
• Maintain accurate records across internal systems.
• Provide cover for other accounts during peak periods.
