Job summary

OAKTREE CONSULTING is seeking a Warehouse Operative to perform receiving, inspection, labelling, put away, picking, packing and dispatch of goods in accordance with SOPs.

You will help maintain inventory accuracy, conduct stock checks, operate basic warehouse equipment, follow safety procedures, keep areas clean and organized, and participate in shift handovers to ensure operational continuity during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, inspection, labelling, put away, picking, packing and dispatch of goods according to SOPs.
• Ensure inventory is handled to prevent damage, loss, or discrepancies.
• Conduct stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory checks.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks; forklifts if licensed).
• Follow workplace safety, health and security procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas.
• Participate in shift handovers to ensure operational continuity.
• Support peak operations, overtime, and urgent tasks.
• Assist with ad-hoc warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.
