Revive FM Ltd is seeking a Stores Assistant in Newtownabbey to support daily warehouse operations. You will receive, store, and track stock, perform counts, and help with purchasing when needed. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and proactive teamwork in a busy environment.

The right candidate will be detail oriented, able to work at pace, and capable of maintaining safe, efficient warehouse practices while coordinating with production and dispatch teams.

About the Role

We are looking for a Stores Assistant to support our daily operations. We need someone who is proactive, organized, and detail oriented who will be responsible for receiving goods, dispatching goods, warehouse organisation, and assisting with both physical and system inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and store materials and products.
• Perform cycle counts and full inventory counts.
• Record all stock movements (inbound and outbound) in the system.
• Keep the warehouse organized, safe, and functional.
• Separate materials for work orders, production, or dispatch.
• Report discrepancies, damages, or losses.

Requirements
