Job summary

PIC AND PIXEL SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking a Warehouse Operative to handle receiving, warehousing and distribution tasks. You will organize stock according to the warehouse plan, perform regular stock takes and maintain accurate records.

The role requires lifting up to 25kg and strong teamwork to ensure safety and accuracy in daily operations. You will coordinate with forwarders for shipments and keep the warehouse clean and compliant with internal processes.

Qualifications

• GCE N Level or higher is required.
• Experience in warehouse operations is a plus.
• Must be physically fit to lift cartons up to 25kg.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job description

The Role:

• Perform receiving (including unstuff of containers), warehousing and distribution operations.
• Organize incoming stocks/stocks in accordance with the warehouse management plan.
• Conduct daily and monthly stock take, or upon request.
• Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities and inventory movement, as per our internal process and audit compliance.
• Report any discrepancies or damage in inventory immediately.
• Pick, prepare packing labels and pack goods as per order confirmation requirements.
• Follow and support all local deliveries to sites.
• Ensure that warehouse is tidy, clean and remove any safety hazards from aisles.
• Prepare Pick Lists, Delivery Orders and Packing Lists as per order confirmation, with minimal supervision.
• Coordination with the respective forwarders for shipment arrangement.

What Do You Need to Have?

• GCE N Level and above qualification.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely. MUST be physically fit - must be able to carry cartons up to 25kg
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
