Job summary

CEVA Logistics UK&I in Leeds invites a Transport and Warehouse Administrator to support smooth operation with office duties and general warehouse tasks. You will ensure accurate administration, assist daily activities, and contribute to team success.

This role is Monday to Friday, 09:30–18:00, with a salary of £27,966.12 per year. Applicants should have transport office experience and strong IT skills, plus a focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in English and Maths completed.
• Experience working in a fast-paced transport office.
• Proficient IT and MS Office skills.
• Strong attention to detail and communication abilities.
• Understand health and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage traffic administration duties accurately and in line with procedures.
• Support KPIs, focusing on POD accuracy, fleet utilisation and cost control.
• Complete admin tasks, update systems and produce reports.
• Handle calls professionally and resolve queries using initiative.
• Operate equipment safely with PPE and follow GDP standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
