Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Pontypridd area is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our Treforest site. You will support a VIP customer and contribute to efficient warehousing operations, handling goods and ensuring accurate stock control.

Shifts are Mon-Fri with alternating start times, 37.5 hours per week, and a salary of £24,848 per annum. We offer growth, a strong benefits package, and training where needed.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience in logistics or distribution.
• Reach and Counterbalance FLT licences are desirable; training provided.
• Strong health and safety knowledge and accuracy in stock handling.

Responsibilities

• Store materials safely per customer requirements.
• Receive, check, record, store and dispatch goods.
• Label and locate stock accurately.
• Ensure compliance with policies and ISO standards.
• Support KPIs by efficient warehouse activities.
• Identify and report service failures or discrepancies.
• Assist Warehouse Supervisor in day-to-day operations.
• Build strong customer relationships as a contact point.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards.
• Carry out other duties as required.
