Job summary

Carlsberg Britvic in the UK is recruiting a Logistics Administrator to ensure stock movements, delivery notes and customs processes run smoothly. Reporting to the Stock Control Manager, you will work in a small team, monitor transfers, release daily JITs to Thurrock and Farnborough, and own deliveries out of Bedford.

The role requires strong IT skills, MS Office, numeracy and accuracy, and the ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• IT literate with experience using MS Office.
• Experience of using SAP is ideal but not essential.
• Sound numeracy and literacy with attention to detail.
• Previous warehouse or stock administration experience.
• Good initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Work within a small team to ensure incoming and outgoing products are monitored efficiently.
• Release work for daily JITs to Thurrock and Farnborough and own deliveries out of Bedford.
• Understand the delivery process and product demand.
• Monitor incoming mails for stock changes.
• Manage stock movements between depots.
• Process daily transfers and pick sheets for warehouse.
• Create delivery and customer collect notes.
• Manage customs and excise process.
• Support Shift managers and senior managers.
• Debrief and related investigations.
