Job summary

Carlsberg Britvic is seeking a Stock Administrator to maintain accurate stock records and reporting through SAP, resolve discrepancies, and ensure balances. The role requires detail orientation and comfort with systems.

Reporting to the Stock Control Manager, you will be involved in reviewing inbound/outbound stock, discrepancies, and daily transfers, with flexibility to cover shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience using SAP for data reporting and stock adjustments.
• MS Office knowledge is required.
• Experience of manual reporting using pick sheets.
• Previous stock administrative experience in logistics or warehousing preferred.
• Sound numeracy and literacy with attention to detail.
• First class communicator with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Review inbound and outbound stock.
• Identify stock discrepancies and report on SAP.
• Report stock on SAP, including discrepancies and shortages.
• Extract small pack and check goods adjustments.
• Maintain systems and spreadsheets accurately.
• Process daily transfers and pick sheets for warehouse.
