Job summary

Bamboo Connect Ltd is seeking a structured Logistics Administrator to support door-to-door export and import operations. You will ensure accurate processing, compliant documentation, and deliveries meeting customer expectations. Training will be provided, with a focus on Excel data management and strong administrative skills.

The role offers a Monday-to-Friday schedule, onsite team environment, and opportunities to contribute to process improvements within a growing logistics function.

Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Background: Proven experience in a dedicated administrative role handling data entry, filing, and task tracking.
  • Technical Proficiency: Confident using Microsoft Office, with specific experience managing spreadsheets and data in Microsoft Excel.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when managing compliance paperwork and system records.
  • Communication Skills: Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills for dealing with internal teams and external logistics partners.
  • Logistics Familiarity (Optional): Prior exposure to shipping, imports, exports, or supply chain processes is a plus, but a willingness to learn is most important.

Responsibilities

  • Shipment Coordination: Arrange export and import orders, coordinate with overseas carriers, ensure documentation is in place before shipment.
  • System & Data Accuracy: Record shipment details, pricing, and data in the company system with organized records.
  • Documentation Management: Prepare and submit export documentation, distribute paperwork to internal and external partners.
  • Internal Communication: Provide timely updates on shipment statuses and collaborate across departments.
  • Customer & Service Quality: Review collections and deliveries to meet customer requirements and service standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to ongoing optimization of logistics and administrative processes.

Your profile

We are seeking a structured and detail-orientedLogistics Administrator to support the daily coordination and execution of our door-to-door export and import operations. In this rile, you will ensure that all shipments are processed accurately, documentation remains fully compliant, and deliveries consistently meet customer expectations.
While prior experience within a logistics department or similar environment is preferred, it is not essential as full training will be provided. The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent administration experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.Key Responsibilities

    • Shipment Coordination: Arrange all export and import orders efficiently and in a timely manner. Coordinate with overseas carriers and service providers, verifying that all necessary documentation is in place before shipment departure and ensuring goods are properly labeled prior to pick-up.
    • System & Data Accuracy: Process and record shipment details, pricing, and relevant data accurately into the designated company system. Maintain organized, up-to-date records to ensure smooth audit and reporting processes.
    • Documentation Management: Check and confirm that all paperwork is correctly prepared and submitted for export compliance. Collate, review, and distribute shipping documentation to internal departments and external partners as required.
    • Internal Communication: Liaise regularly with in-house departments, providing timely updates on shipment statuses and operational progress. Support cross-departmental collaboration by gathering and sharing relevant information when requested.
    • Customer & Service Quality: Review all collections and deliveries daily to ensure they meet customer requirements and service standards. Promptly escalation any discrepancies or delays to ensure swift corrective action.
    • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the ongoing development and optimization of our logistics and administrative processes.
