DSV - Global Transport and Logistics is seeking an Administration Specialist to provide dedicated client support at the Brackmills site in Northampton. The role focuses on managing administrative and logistical tasks to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and inventory, while collaborating with EMEA Freight and Planning Teams.

You will be responsible for operational reporting, KPI dashboards, and serving as a liaison between client service and warehouse teams.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical capability to interpret data and KPIs.
• Clear, professional communication with internal teams and clients.
• Attention to detail in reporting, data handling and issue resolution.
• Proactive problem-solving to resolve logistical challenges.
• Familiarity with warehouse management and ERP systems, and Excel usage.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organisational skills to prioritise and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily operational dashboards to monitor warehouse activities and drive corrective actions.
• Generate and distribute KPI reports measuring outbound, inbound, and order efficiency.
• Serve as the primary contact for client teams via designated warehouse email groups and coordinate with internal teams.
