Job summary

DSV is seeking an Administration Specialist to provide dedicated support to one of our customers at the Brackmills site in Northampton. The role involves coordinating with EMEA Freight and Planning Teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and spare parts, while acting as a link between internal teams and warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and monitor KPIs.
• Clear and professional communication with internal teams, customers and stakeholders.
• Meticulous attention to accuracy in reporting, data handling and issue resolution.
• Proactive mindset to troubleshoot and resolve logistical challenges.
• Familiarity with warehouse management and ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational dashboards to track warehouse status and resolve issues.
• Generate and distribute KPI reports for inbound/outbound activity and order efficiency.
• Serve as primary contact for Client Customer Service Teams via designated channels.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in resolving operational challenges: processing stock transfers, updating shipment details, and handling lot/serial replacements.
