Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics in Northampton is seeking an Administration Specialist to provide customer-focused administration on selected accounts. You will work with the client’s customer service team to meet delivery targets and promote DSV best practices.

The role requires previous customer service experience, understanding of warehouse/logistics operations, and strong IT skills. You will manage invoicing processes, KPI data, and daily contract duties within a Monday–Friday

Qualifications

• Previous experience of working in a Customer Service role
• Understanding of warehouse and logistic operations
• IT literate in Microsoft Office
• Problem solving
• Understanding of CargoWrite is desired, however training can be given.

Responsibilities

• Day to day responsibility for the running of the contract in a customer service capacity.
• Meet the customer’s operational requirements.
• First line support for customer and DSV to ensure that all issues are proactively handled.
• Support colleagues within all departments in providing an enhanced service to customers whilst maintaining and promoting DSV best practices.
• Responsible for the completion/population of location KPI's as well as being responsible for Customer invoicing processes.
