National Vehicle Distribution is seeking a Customer Operations Account Manager to oversee end-to-end service delivery for key client accounts from our Southampton office. You will act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless, on-time performance across the full service lifecycle.

• Take ownership of assigned key accounts and be the main contact.
• Manage end-to-end order process from port arrivals to delivery.
• Coordinate across Sales, Operations, Transport, and Finance.
• Monitor activity and communicate delays or issues.
• Maintain accurate information in CRM and ERP for visibility.
• Send weekly service updates to clients.
• Lead weekly account meetings with customers.
• Support CX team with updates and reporting.
